Electronics and Programming

Electronics and Programming .jpeg

The Electronics & Programming/ Digi Lab combines the best of two related fields: facilities for electronics and programming on one side, and the use of advanced digital tools, technology and software on the other. Together, they create a modern and versatile workspace dedicated to digital creativity, innovation and experimentation.

The Electronics & Programming/ Digi Lab is there to support students working on (advanced) digital and electronic projects that are sometimes time-bound. It is a, make and explore workshop where you can develop projects in physical computing, electronics, robotics, e-textiles and creative coding.

We have set up a well-equipped electronics corner with an extensive collection of essential tools and equipment, ready to help you tackle even the most complicated circuits and electronic ventures such as microcontrollers, sensors, Raspberry Pi, etc. In addition, a sewing machine and embroidery machine are at your disposal, adding a tangible dimension to your technological explorations. In addition to these tools, we have a range of advanced technologies, such as laser cutters, CNC machines, 3D printers and a vinyl cutter. Our lab also supports a range of software applications, including Max8, TouchDesigner, Fusion360, Cinema4D, Python, Processing, PureData, Blender, Illustrator, PeDesign, Hatch Embroidery, Arduino, Machine Learning (generative AI (GAN) and future prediction-based (RNN/LSTM).
