Location
Maydays is a series of exhibitions created by third-year Fine Art students from Minerva Art Academy, showcasing a wide range of experimental and thoughtful works across various media. The general theme of Maydays stands for change, experimentation, and discovery.
Multiple exhibitions take place at different locations in Groningen and Haren, each offering a unique experience of the artists’ works and concepts. The exhibitions are fully self-organised by the students, working in smaller groups to bring their ideas to life in a variety of spaces.
Visitors are warmly invited to explore not only the artworks, but also enjoy workshops, performances, live music and other activities throughout the week, from 18 to 25 April.
Come and discover fresh perspectives, creative energy, and unique artistic voices in unexpected places. We recommend keeping an eye on each exhibiting group for event schedules, opening times, and participants’ info.
Everyone is welcome!
