Brecht Kuiper

Movement, rhythm, and connection are important elements in the work of Brecht Kuiper. Using her body as one of the materials to express, an environment is created where she invites other artists and/or visitors to engage with her and her work. The main questions she researches are: What does connection mean? How can we connect with each other? Mostly, Brecht is the director in this process, but it is important that everyone feels free to explore and experiment. The work moves between visual art, video, performance, poetry, music, and dance.
